The International Folk Art Alliance (IFAA) seeks an experienced fundraising professional to serve as Director of Advancement. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, IFAA is the 501c3 that produces the International Folk Art Market | Santa Fe, the arts festival voted #1 by readers of USA Today (www.folkartalliance.org).

IFAA is a growing and innovative social enterprise model with global impact via its work with the international artisan sector. It is opening new sister markets nationally and relocating this fall to a new world headquarters in Santa Fe. With an annual operating budget of approximately $3 million and a paid staff of 15 FTEs (more than 2,000 volunteers), the preferred candidate will bring successful experiences in conventional and innovative annual fundraising, securing major gifts, and campaign planning and execution. The Director reports to the CEO and oversees a small staff. College degree required. Salary commensurate with experience. Associate Director International Folk Art Market | Santa Fe

The International Folk Art Alliance (IFAA) seeks a highly organized and motivated individual to recruit, train, schedule, develop relationships, appreciate, and supervise IFAA’s volunteer corps–approximately 2,000 strong– that play a critical role in producing IFAA’s International Folk Art Market and other activities and programs. The Associate Director will support the production of the Market and collaborate with a volunteer leadership team of approximately 60 people, the Director of IFAM, and a team of contractors.
